Shipping

  • Shop Pickup/Install at ATO - 355 145th Avenue, Houlton, WI 54082, select "Pickup" at checkout and ATO - Auto will reach out to schedule your Free Pickup: 10am-8pm CST Mon-Sat​

  • Free Shipping(2-5 Business Days) is available on most orders to the lower 48 United States. Not all products qualify and may require a different shipping option.​​

  • Non-Continental US Shipping(3-10 Business Days) is available for $7.50, depending on order weight. Not all products qualify and may require a surcharge.

  • Expedited Shipping(1-3 Business Days) is available starting at $10, depending on order weight.​​​

  • Canada Shipping(Delivery Times Vary) shipping rates are auto calculated, depending on order weight. Delivery time and price depend on the option selected: First-Class Package International(7-15 Business Days), Priority Mail International(6-10 Business Days), & Priority Mail Express International(3-5 Business Days). Not all products can ship outside the United States, if an item cannot ship, you will be contacted.​

  • International Shipping(Delivery Times Vary) must be used for International orders. International Shipping rates are auto calculated. Delivery time and price depend on the option selected: First-Class Package International(7-15 Business Days), Priority Mail International(6-10 Business Days), & Priority Mail Express International(3-5 Business Days). Returns

  1. Special Order Items are NON-RETURNABLE

  2. All Returns must be submitted within 14 Days after the item has been delivered. Products must be in new condition, undamaged, and the original packaging. If any of the requirements are not met, the item will be invalid for a return. Returns are not accepted if an item has been used, tampered with, or disassembled.

  3. If a product is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will assist in filing a shipping damage claim with the shipping company.

  4. All Return Shipping is at the cost of the customer, unless the incorrect product was shipped, we do not cover return shipping costs.

  5. Cancellation and Refund of orders is possible, but not guaranteed. Contact shall be exchanged within 48 hours of order placement to discuss order additions, alterations, cancellation, and refunds. For more information please call 715-240-4070 or email admin@ato-auto.com

    • ​A minimum 5% fee will be held on all refunds to cover processing charges, 7.5% for Pay Later, Afterpay, Affirm, & Klarna payments

Payments

All online payments are processed using Wix Payments. A standard 5% fee will be held on any return in addition to any re-stocking fees as transaction fees are not refunded to merchants. Pay Later, Afterpay, Affirm, & Klarna payments will incur a 7.5% fee.

In-Person Payment methods include the same online payment method via invoice or by using Square Card Readers and/or Cash. There is no cash discount nor a card fee charged on any transactions.
